We are saddened to hear of the passing of past player, Steve Beaumont. Steve played 37 games for Essendon between 1974-1976. A rover who came from Cooee in Tasmania,
Steve had represented Tasmania before joining Essendon.
Post Essendon, Steve had a successful football career in Tasmania, playing for Cooee and Burnie and he was a member of three premiership teams.
He was inducted into the of the Tasmanian AFL Hall of Fame in 2011.
