NANKERVIS, Vic

Vic Nankervis was a half-forward from Balmain Juniors. He played five games in late 1915 but when Essendon stood out of the League in 1916 and 1917 he had to wait until 1918 to play another game.

He left in late 1918 and went to Fitzroy where he played two games.

Vic Nankervis was the uncle of Ian and Bruce Nankervis who played many games for Geelong.

He died on 4th January, 1973, his 80th birthday.
