Brendon Moore was a promising left-foot rover from Pines in Frankston.

He debuted in Round 22, 1987, in a five point loss to Collingwood. He played four games in 1988, none in 1989, and two in 1990. His last game was as a reserve in Round 13 in a win over Brisbane. He came third in the Reserves Best and Fairest award in 1990 and won the Reserves Best Team Man. The Reserves coach, Merv Keane, described him in the 1989 Annual Report as "possibly our most dedicated clubman as he drives from Frankston where he lives and works".

After leaving the AFL, he had a very successful career in lower leagues and the VFA/VFL. He returned to Pines in 1991 and won a best and fairest award in 1992. He then joined VFA/VFL club, Frankston, from 1993 to 1998. He played 100 games, including several seasons as captain and two best and fairest awards. He also won two Frank Johnson Medals as best-on-ground in VFA/VFL representative games.

He returned to Pines in 1999 as captain-coach and won the Mornington Peninsula Nepean Football League best and fairest award in 2000. He also finished second three times. He was named in the MPNFL team of the century.

After retiring from playing, he coached a number of junior teams before becoming assistant coach at Cheltenham in 2018. He was then was appointed senior coach at Mordialloc in November 2019.

Moore worked for a carpet company and lived at Frankston.935
