Wally Fraser was a dashing half-forward who came from Footscray Juniors and before that Scotch College.

He had plenty of ability but only played 19 games between 1920 and 1922.

He joined Footscray (VFA) in 1923 and 1924 and played in their premiership sides in both these years. Footscray joined the VFL in 1925 and he played a further six games.

Fraser died on 10th June, 1966.
