Harold Feehan was a wingman who played 11 consecutive games after debuting in a two point loss to Geelong in Round 6. His only win was in Round 17 against Melbourne.
His career was cut short when Essendon disbanded during World War I and he spent time on the Western Front in France with the Army. He gave his occupation as "Commonwealth public servant" on his Attestation papers when he enlisted in August 1916, which probably led to his being assigned to the Australian Army Pay Corps in 1917.
On his return, he became one of the Club's Returned Soldiers' Patron from 1919 to 1959.
Feehan died on 7th June, 1979.
