DUNLOP, Bob

Bob Dunlop was a red-headed follower and forward who came from Rupanyup and played in every game in his first year in 1960, winning Essendon Best First Year Player award. He was also a handy goalkicker, kicking goals in 14 of his 19 games that year.

After this his form wavered, and he only played the first eight games of 1961 to take his tally to 27.

He returned home to Rupanyup in 1962 and played there until 1968.
