Ryan Crowley made his name as one of the best taggers in the competition during a 188-game, 10-season career with Fremantle.
Extremely durable, he didn't miss a game between 2012 and 2014, but then missed the entire 2015 season due to a suspension for taking a banned substance. He was delisted by Fremantle at the end of the year.
Ironically, he was picked up by Essendon as one of the "top-up" players to replace those suspended due to the so-called supplements saga. However, injuries restricted him to just eitght games, only one of which was a win.
Crowley was delisted at the end of 2016 and returned to Western Australia to play for Swan Districts in the WAFL.
