Player Profile

Milton Clark joined the Seconds from Essendon Imperials in 1939 but then had his football career interrupted by service with the armed forces during World War II.

He was a thick-set player with skill and played three games in late 1945.

Clark had earlier been a member of the Seconds premiership side in 1941. He was knocked unconscious in the last quarter of that game, sparking an all-in brawl that led to both teams being reported.

He joined North Melbourne in 1946 and played three games in that year and then played with Essendon RSL from 1947 to 1949.

He retired from his job as a fibrous plasterer in 1982.

Clark died on 15th June, 2018.
