FITZPATRICK, Gary

A rover, Gary Fitzpatrick came from Moonee Ponds (EDFL) to the Under 19s in late 1973. He had won the F. H. Woods Medal as best and fairest in the EDFL in 1971 and won the Under 19s Most Improved award in 1973. He won the Reserves Valuable Services award in 1975.

He played 13 games in late 1974 and 1975.

Fitzpatrick then went to Brunswick in 1976 before going to Queensland to play with Mayne from 1977 to 1985.

He then became captain-coach of Banyo in Queensland in 1986 and 1987.
