DRISCOLL, Frank

Frank Driscoll was a key forward who came from Mortlake where he played in 1956 and prior to that, Navarre, where he had been since 1949.

He played seven games in 1957 and 1958 before returning to Navarre from 1959 to 1965. He then became captain-coach of Moonambel in 1966 and 1967 before again rejoining Navarre in 1968 and 1969.

He was a prolific goalkicker in the country and represented the Laxton League from 1953 to 1968.

Driscoll finished up at Moonambel as coach from 1970 to 1973.
