Kevin Dellar was a half-back flanker who came from Horsham where he played in 1958. Prior to that he had played with Haven in Horsham, followed by Seymour in 1955, Wangaratta Rovers in 1956 and North Gambier in 1957.

He played five games with Essendon on permit in early 1959 but couldn't cope with the travel so he returned to Horsham and played there until 1962.

He then became captain-coach of Miga Lake from 1963 to 1965 before again playing with Horsham from 1966 to 1971.

After this, he went to Noradjuha in 1972 and 1973 and then was back at Horsham as coach in 1974 and 1975.

He later coached St Michael's in Horsham in 1977. He then became President of the Horsham and District League.
