Player Profile

Bryan Pirouet was a half-back flanker who came to the Reserves from Horsham in 1969. He had been at that club in 1967 and 1968 and prior to that played with the Horsham Homers.

He lacked pace and had difficulty getting a regular senior game. He won the 1970 Reserves Best and Fairest Award despite playing 11 senior games. However, he could only manage a further three games in 1971.

Pirouet went on to play with Prahran from 1972 to 1974 and was in their premiership side in 1973.

He was then captain-coach of Horsham Imperials until 1976 and assistant coach and a player at Wonthaggi from 1977 to 1980. In 1981 and 1982 he was captain-coach at Dalyston.
