Player Profile

Michael O'Sullivan was recruited from Melbourne where he had played 53 games as a talented left-footed wingman. He had played in Melbourne's Under 19 premiership in 1981. He was originally from Seymour.

His time at Essendon was ruined by injury and his only game, in Round 19, 1988, was a forgettable 67 point loss to Geelong at Windy Hill. However, he played enough Reserves games to win the Best and Fairest award.

O'Sullivan returned to Seymour as coach in 1992.
