McDONALD, Edwin

Edwin "Ted" McDonald's only game for Essendon was in Round 17, 1905, in a loss to Fitzroy.

His brother, Arch's single appearance for Essendon was in the same game. His other brother, Fenley, played 11 games for Carlton and Melbourne. Fen was killed in the landings at Gallipoli on 25th April, 1915.

He was the owner and licensee of the Nagambie Hotel in his home town.

Edwin McDonald died on 17th March, 1919.
