Player Profile

John Booth was a half-back flanker who had joined the Under19s in 1959 from Doutta Stars and played in their premiership that year. He won the Under 19s Most Determined Player award in 1960.

He only managed two games in 1963, both as a reserve, and, although he remained on the list until 1965, he didn't manage any further games and transferred to Fitzroy in a mid-season trade.

He played 46 games with Fitzroy from 1965 to 1967 before joining Port Melbourne in 1968 and early 1969. He played with Brunswick in late 1969 and 1970.
