HEMINGWAY, George

George Hemingway was a forward whose only game for Essendon was in Round 14, 1918, in a loss to Collingwood.

He enlisted in the AIF just weeks after his 18th birthday, with his parents' consent, but his service was short as the War ended a few months later in November.

Hemingway died on 9th April, 1975.
