Charlie Sevior was a rover who came to Essendon from the quaintly-named Prestige Hosiery Football Club. He was originally from Ouyen but worked as a textile or mill worker for many years.
He played five senior games in 1930 and then continued to play in the Reserves.
Sevior joined Brunswick in 1934 and later played with Fairfield in 1935.
He served in the 2nd AIF in World War II.
His uncle, Tom, also played for Essendon.
He worked as a safety co-ordinator and died on 28th May, 1988.
